Best for
- Kitchen islands 4-6 ft long, hung in a row of two or three for task lighting
- Dining rooms over a 48-60 in table, centered for ambient light
- Entryways or hallways with 8-10 ft ceilings for a welcoming glow
Not ideal for
- Bathrooms with direct water exposure - rated for damp locations only, not wet
- Spaces where a soft, diffused light is preferred - clear glass provides direct, bright light
How bright is it?
Uses one 100W medium-base bulb (not included). With a standard 100W incandescent, expect about 1600 lumens - bright enough for task lighting over a counter or table. Dimmable for softer ambiance.
