Description
A five-light bathroom vanity light in chrome with etched opal glass shades, designed for traditional and transitional bathrooms.
The Darcy collection brings classic elegance to your bathroom. The chrome frame and etched opal glass shades provide bright, diffused illumination that flatters skin tones and complements a variety of decor styles from traditional to farmhouse. This vanity light is damp-rated, making it suitable for bathroom use.
Best for
- Bathrooms with a 48-60 inch vanity, mounted above the mirror
- Powder rooms and guest bathrooms needing bright, even light
- Traditional and transitional bathroom designs with chrome fixtures
- Damp locations like bathrooms with high humidity
- Over a bathroom mirror or as a pair on either side of a larger mirror
Not ideal for
- Small vanities under 30 inches (the 38-inch width may overhang)
- Outdoor or wet areas (damp-rated only, not wet-rated)
- Spaces where a more modern or industrial look is desired
How bright is it?
With five 100W medium-base bulbs (not included), this vanity light can produce up to 5000 lumens with 100W-equivalent LEDs. That's bright enough for grooming tasks like shaving or makeup application. Use dimmable bulbs and a dimmer to adjust brightness.
Light color and feel
The etched opal glass shades diffuse light softly, reducing shadows and glare. The fixture is dimmable, allowing you to create a relaxing spa-like ambiance. For best color rendering, use bulbs with a CRI of 90+ and a color temperature of 3000K (warm white).
