Description
A 3-inch round outdoor flush mount from WAC Lighting's Downtown collection, ideal for covered patios, entryways, and other wet-rated locations.
The Downtown flush mount combines a sleek white aluminum body with a clear glass diffuser for a clean, contemporary look. It features integrated LED technology with selectable color temperature (3000K/3500K/4000K) and delivers 344 lumens of high-CRI light. Dimmable with ELV or TRIAC dimmers, this fixture is ETL/cETL listed for wet locations and California Title 24 compliant.

How bright is it?

Selectable color temperature: 3000K (warm white, soft and inviting), 3500K (neutral white, crisp), or 4000K (cool white, daylight-like). The high CRI of 90 ensures accurate color rendering, making it suitable for task areas. Dimmable with ELV or TRIAC dimmers for adjustable ambiance.

Returns
Almost all products on hausappeal.com are returnable. The few exceptions include unsealed mattresses, assembled or modified products, and clearance merchandise. Any product that is non-returnable will note that on its product page.
All returns must be unused and shipped back in the original packaging to the warehouse address from which the order was shipped.  To initiate a return, send an email to us at Service@hausappeal.com so that we can provide you with a Return Authorization Number. Upon inspection of the return, you will receive a full refund of product cost minus our outbound shipping costs.
