Description
A compact 3-inch outdoor flush mount from WAC Lighting's Downtown collection, ideal for covered patios, entryways, and other wet-rated locations.
The Downtown flush mount combines a sleek black aluminum body with a clear glass diffuser for a contemporary look that works indoors or out. Its integrated LED delivers 344 lumens of warm-to-cool white light, selectable via a built-in CCT switch. Dimmable with ELV or TRIAC dimmers, this fixture is ETL/cETL listed for wet locations and Title 24 compliant.

How bright is it?
344 delivered lumens - comparable to a 40W incandescent bulb. Suitable for accent lighting, pathway illumination, or as a secondary light in small spaces. Not intended as a primary room light.

Returns
Almost all products on hausappeal.com are returnable. The few exceptions include unsealed mattresses, assembled or modified products, and clearance merchandise. Any product that is non-returnable will note that on its product page.
All returns must be unused and shipped back in the original packaging to the warehouse address from which the order was shipped.  To initiate a return, send an email to us at Service@hausappeal.com so that we can provide you with a Return Authorization Number. Upon inspection of the return, you will receive a full refund of product cost minus our outbound shipping costs.
