Description
A sleek, low-profile outdoor flush mount from WAC Lighting's Downtown collection, ideal for covered porches, patios, and entryways with wet-location durability.
The Downtown flush mount combines a cylindrical white aluminum body with a clear glass diffuser and regressed lens for superior glare control. Its integrated ACLED technology delivers 863 lumens with a high 90 CRI, and the built-in Tri-CCT switch lets you adjust color temperature from 3000K warm white to 4000K cool white during installation. Dimmable with ELV or TRIAC dimmers, this fixture is ETL/cETL listed for wet locations and Title 24 compliant.

Almost all products on hausappeal.com are returnable. The few exceptions include unsealed mattresses, assembled or modified products, and clearance merchandise. Any product that is non-returnable will note that on its product page.
All returns must be unused and shipped back in the original packaging to the warehouse address from which the order was shipped.  To initiate a return, send an email to us at Service@hausappeal.com so that we can provide you with a Return Authorization Number. Upon inspection of the return, you will receive a full refund of product cost minus our outbound shipping costs.
