Put your hand in front of the motion sensor and repeat until the water starts to flow well. Now empty the water and refill the pump with soap. If you find the brand of soap you have purchased is too thick, try adding some water to thin it out. Otto Automatic Soap Pump is not recommended for use with foaming hand soaps. All returns must be unused and shipped back in the original packaging to the warehouse address from which the order was shipped.  To initiate a return, send an email to us at Service@hausappeal.com so that we can provide you with a Return Authorization Number. Upon inspection of the return, you will receive a full refund of product cost minus our outbound shipping costs.
