A 12.75-inch hardwired wall sconce with a matte black steel frame and white opal glass shade, made for bedrooms, hallways, and bathrooms.

The Odyssey keeps things clean and quiet: A slim matte black backplate, a softly diffused white opal glass shade, and a shape that reads modern without feeling cold. Because it is damp rated, it works in bathrooms as well as dry rooms, and the shade can be mounted up or down.

How bright is it?

Brightness depends on the bulb you choose. It accepts one 100W max E26 medium-base LED bulb, which is roughly 1,000-1,600 lumens depending on the bulb - enough for a reading nook or hallway, not a whole-room light.

Light color and feel

Color temperature is set by your bulb, not the fixture. The white opal glass diffuses light evenly and hides the bulb, so it reads soft and glare-free. A 2700K-3000K warm white bulb gives a classic glow; 4000K is crisper for task areas.

Sizing and fit

Overall 5 in W x 8.25 in D x 12.75 in H with an 8.75 in H x 5 in W backplate. The 8.25-inch depth means it projects noticeably from the wall, so leave clearance in narrow hallways. Works well on standard 8-9 ft walls.

Is the bulb included? No, the bulb is not included. It takes one E26 medium-base LED bulb up to 100W.

Is it dimmable, and what dimmer should I use? Dimmability depends on the bulb and wall dimmer you install; the fixture itself does not include a dimmer. Use a dimmable LED bulb and a compatible LED-rated dimmer.

Can I install this in a bathroom or outdoors? It is damp rated and UL/CUL listed, so bathrooms and humid indoor spaces are fine. It is not wet rated, so keep it out of direct outdoor exposure.

What's the warranty? 1 year.

Does the opal glass hide the bulb? Yes - the white opal glass diffuses light and conceals the bulb, so you get an even glow rather than a visible filament.
