How bright is it?
This fixture accommodates three 100W LED bulbs (not included), providing up to approximately 4200 lumens total if using 1400-lumen bulbs. That's equivalent to three 100W incandescent bulbs, bright enough for primary kitchen lighting or a well-lit dining area.
Light color and feel
The clear ribbed glass shades produce a crisp, diffused light. With warm white bulbs (2700K-3000K), the glow is inviting and flattering to skin tones and warm finishes. Dimmable with a compatible dimmer (not included) to adjust ambiance from bright task lighting to soft dinner mood.

Is it dimmable, and what dimmer should I use? Yes, the fixture is dimmable when used with dimmable bulbs and a compatible dimmer switch (not included). Use a standard LED dimmer for best results.
Can I install this in a bathroom or outdoors? This fixture is UL listed for damp locations, so it can be used in covered patios or sunrooms, but not in areas exposed to direct rain or moisture. Not recommended for bathrooms with shower exposure.

Returns
Almost all products on hausappeal.com are returnable. The few exceptions include unsealed mattresses, assembled or modified products, and clearance merchandise. Any product that is non-returnable will note that on its product page.
All returns must be unused and shipped back in the original packaging to the warehouse address from which the order was shipped.  To initiate a return, send an email to us at Service@hausappeal.com so that we can provide you with a Return Authorization Number. Upon inspection of the return, you will receive a full refund of product cost minus our outbound shipping costs.
