Flexibility and mobility are extremely important factors in your overall fitness. With the AeroPilates Stretching series you get two workouts to stretch, lengthen, and open up your tight muscles.
The Simple Stretch is 15 minutes long and is a quick way to add some gentle movement and stretching to your day.
The Full Body Stretch is 26 minutes long and makes sure you stretch and lengthen every muscle in your entire body.

Shipping information
Most of our items will ship within 24-48 hours within the receipt of the order.
You will receive tracking information as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.
Returns
Almost all products on hausappeal.com are returnable. The few exceptions include unsealed mattresses, assembled or modified products, and clearance merchandise. Any product that is non-returnable will note that on its product page.
All returns must be unused and shipped back in the original packaging to the warehouse address from which the order was shipped. To initiate a return, send an email to us at Service@hausappeal.com so that we can provide you with a Return Authorization Number. Upon inspection of the return, you will receive a full refund of product cost minus our outbound shipping costs.
