It’s ideal for core and upper and lower-body work.Four different grip positions allow for a wide range of movements with exercises like leg swings, assisted push-ups, planks, splits, child’s pose, dips and side planks.The padded handlebars provide a firm, comfortable grip in any of the four positions, and help promote proper wrist alignment as well.Attaching the bars to your Reformer is simple. All returns must be unused and shipped back in the original packaging to the warehouse address from which the order was shipped.  To initiate a return, send an email to us at Service@hausappeal.com so that we can provide you with a Return Authorization Number. Upon inspection of the return, you will receive a full refund of product cost minus our outbound shipping costs.
