Description
A slim 18-inch linear bath and vanity sconce in black brass with a matte white acrylic diffuser - built for bathroom vanities and powder rooms that need clean, even light.
The Volt sconce uses a slender racetrack-shaped acrylic diffuser to create an uninterrupted line of light along the wall. A black brass surround with curved, pill-shaped ends frames the diffuser, while a round backplate adds a quiet circular contrast. At just 1.5 inches from the wall, it sits close to the surface and works well in tighter vanity areas.
Best for
- Bathrooms with a single or double vanity, mounted vertically or horizontally beside or above the mirror
- Powder rooms where a slim, close-to-wall sconce is preferred over a bulky vanity bar
- Hallways and stairwells that need a narrow wash of warm light
- ADA-conscious residential or hospitality bathrooms, thanks to the 1.5-inch extension
Not ideal for
- Shower stalls or other areas with direct water spray - this fixture carries a damp location rating, not wet
- Large primary bathrooms that need a high-output primary light source; at 350 lumens this is an accent and task layer, not a room-filling light
- Installations where the remote power supply cannot be concealed nearby
How bright is it?
350 lumens - roughly comparable to a 30W incandescent bulb. That is enough to light a vanity mirror area or add a soft wash of light along a wall, but it is not intended as the only light source in a large bathroom.
Light color and feel
2700K warm white - a soft, golden tone similar to traditional incandescent. With a CRI of 90, skin tones and bathroom finishes render accurately. The integrated LED is dimmable with a TRIAC dimmer, so you can take it down to a low glow for evening use.
Sizing and fit
Overall 4.75 inches wide/diameter by 18 inches high, with a 1.5-inch extension from the wall. The round backplate measures 4.75 inches wide by 0.5 inches high. It can be mounted in any orientation, so it works vertically beside a tall mirror or horizontally above a vanity. Weighs 2 lbs.

Returns
Almost all products on hausappeal.com are returnable. The few exceptions include unsealed mattresses, assembled or modified products, and clearance merchandise. Any product that is non-returnable will note that on its product page.
All returns must be unused and shipped back in the original packaging to the warehouse address from which the order was shipped.  To initiate a return, send an email to us at Service@hausappeal.com so that we can provide you with a Return Authorization Number. Upon inspection of the return, you will receive a full refund of product cost minus our outbound shipping costs.
