Description
A 10-inch wall sconce with a hand-blown smoke glass shade and black brass finish - ideal for bedrooms, hallways, and powder rooms.
Hand-blown by skilled glassblowers, the atmospheric beauty of Opalesce celebrates the craftsmanship of its medium. The generously proportioned tinted shade creates bubbles around a softly illuminated center, producing a rich interplay of light, transparency, and form. Black Brass with Smoke Glass balances industrial geometry with an airy quality.
Best for
- Bedrooms, mounted as a reading sconce beside the bed
- Hallways and entryways needing a warm accent light
- Powder rooms and bathrooms with a damp-rated fixture
- ADA-compliant spaces - extends only 4 in from the wall
Not ideal for
- Spaces needing a primary room light - at 400 lumens this is an accent light
- Installations without a remote power supply location
How bright is it?
400 lumens - about as bright as a 40W incandescent bulb, ideal for accent or ambient light, not as a primary room light.
Light color and feel
2700K warm white - a soft, golden tone similar to traditional incandescent. With a CRI of 90, colors render accurately, flattering skin tones and warm wood or brass interiors. Dimmable with a TRIAC dimmer.
