Description
A 13.5-inch single-light wall sconce in matte black with a clear seeded glass shade, made for bedrooms, hallways, and bathrooms.
The Ricci keeps things simple and striking: A clear seeded glass shade and a circular matte black backplate do all the work. The seeded glass adds subtle texture, while the matte black finish gives it a clean, modern edge that suits contemporary and industrial-leaning rooms.
Best for
- Bedrooms, mounted beside the bed as a reading sconce
- Hallways and stairwells where you want a slim, modern accent light
- Bathrooms and powder rooms - this fixture is damp area rated
- Living rooms flanking a fireplace, artwork, or console
Not ideal for
- Outdoor or fully exposed wet locations - this fixture is damp rated, not wet rated
- Large rooms that need a primary light source - one 60W bulb is accent-level light
- Spaces where you want a shaded, downward-only glow - the clear glass shows the bulb
How bright is it?
Lumen output is not specified by the manufacturer. With one 60W bulb, this sconce provides accent-level light - enough to read by or light a hallway, but not intended as a primary room light.
Light color and feel
Light color depends on the bulb you choose. Warm white bulbs (2700K-3000K) soften the matte black finish; cooler bulbs give a crisper, more modern look. Dimmable when paired with a compatible dimmer and dimmable bulb.
Sizing and fit
Measures 5 in wide, 7 in deep, and 13.5 in tall, with a 4.75 in square backplate. The 7 in extension means it projects noticeably from the wall, so allow clearance in tight hallways. Installs with the shade facing down. Minimal assembly required.
