Description
A 1-light pendant with a clear faceted glass shade and matte black finish, made for kitchen islands and dining rooms.
The Dimond is designed like a piece of jewelry - a faceted glass shade that catches and scatters light, set on a matte black frame. The matte black finish keeps the look crisp and modern, pairing well with white cabinetry, stainless appliances, and stone counters. Hang one over a sink or a small table, or line several along an island.
Best for
- Kitchen islands and peninsulas, hung singly or in a row of two or three
- Dining rooms and breakfast nooks over a small to mid-size table
- Entryways and foyers where a single statement pendant works
- Interiors with matte black hardware, white cabinets, or modern finishes
Not ideal for
- Low ceilings - the pendant is 15.75 in tall plus rod length, so it needs headroom
- Rooms needing a large, high-output centerpiece - one 60W bulb gives accent-level light
- Spaces where you want a fully enclosed or fabric shade
How bright is it?
Lumen output is not specified by the manufacturer. With one 60W standard bulb it delivers accent-level light - ideal over a sink, island, or small table, not as a primary room light.
Light color and feel
Light color depends on the bulb you choose. The clear faceted glass throws bright, sparkling highlights and lets the bulb's color show through. The fixture is dimmable, so pair it with a compatible dimmer to set the mood.
Sizing and fit
Measures 12 in wide, 12 in deep, and 15.75 in tall. Includes four 12 in rods and one 6 in rod, plus 80 in of wire, so you can set the drop to suit your ceiling. The 5.12 in canopy fits standard ceiling boxes. Best over islands and tables with ceilings at least 8 ft high.
