Description
A 9-inch 3-light pendant with a rippling hammered glass shade and warm brass riveted band, made for kitchen islands and dining rooms.
The Ashton pendant blends natural and mechanical elements: A rippling hammered glass shade is held by a riveted metal band finished in warm brass, a detail that calls to mind a statement bangle bracelet. The narrow 9-inch profile makes it easy to hang in pairs or threes over a counter.
Best for
- Kitchen islands - hang two or three in a row 30-36 in above the counter
- Dining rooms and breakfast bars that need warm, textured accent light
- Vintage and transitional interiors with brass or antique metal accents
- Hallways and stairwells where a slim pendant fits without crowding
Not ideal for
- Bathrooms or covered outdoor areas - rated for dry locations only
- Rooms where you need a single large focal fixture - at 9 in wide this is a compact pendant
- Low ceilings if you want the full 74 in drop
How bright is it?
Lumen output is not specified by the manufacturer. With three 60W E26 bulbs it provides solid task and ambient light over a counter or small table; use dimmable bulbs for evening ambience.
Light color and feel
Light color depends on the bulbs you choose - the fixture itself is not color-tunable. The hammered glass softens and scatters light for a warm, textured glow that suits the vintage brass finish.
