Quoizel Wakefield 9in 1-Light Outdoor Wall Lantern | Coastal Earth Black and Clear Seedy Glass | Entryway & Porch | Model WKF8409EK

A marine-grade outdoor wall lantern for front entries, porches, and coastal homes that need rust-proof, fade-resistant lighting.

The Wakefield collection pairs vintage-inspired styling with Coastal Armour construction, a marine-grade material built to shrug off salt air, humidity, and harsh sun. A frame-within-a-frame silhouette creates striking visual depth, while clear seedy glass panels and a tiered roof add classic character. The earth black finish gives it a traditional, grounded look that suits brick, stone, and dark siding.

Best for

• Front entryways and covered porches, mounted beside the door at eye level
• Coastal and lakeside homes where salt air and humidity destroy ordinary finishes
• Garage side doors, back patios, and breezeways that need a matching look
• Pairing in twos or threes along a facade for a coordinated exterior

Not ideal for

• Interior rooms - this is an outdoor lantern designed for exterior walls
• Very small doorways where a compact lantern would be better proportioned
• Buyers who want a bright flood of light - this is a single-bulb accent lantern

How bright is it?

Takes one 100W medium-base bulb (bulb not included). Lumen output depends on the bulb you choose - a 100W-equivalent LED typically produces around 1,600 lumens, enough to light a doorway and illuminate steps, but not to flood a whole yard.

Light color and feel

Light color is determined by the bulb you install. A 2700K-3000K warm white bulb flatters the earth black finish and clear seedy glass; a 4000K bulb gives a crisper, more modern look. Dimmability depends on the bulb and switch used.

Sizing and fit

Measures 8.75 in wide x 9.75 in deep x 14 in high and weighs 5.5 lbs. The 9.75 in projection suits standard doorways and porch columns. Install position is down. Works on most exterior walls; check your junction box and mounting height before ordering.
