Description
A 36-inch 12-light chandelier in a hand-forged Malaga finish, made for dining rooms and grand foyers that want old-world character.
The Voyager collection draws on Moorish Spanish and Gothic influences, with intricate metal scrollwork hand-forged in iron and finished in Quoizel's rich Malaga tone. Twelve candelabra arms radiate from a central column, giving the piece a stately, architectural presence that reads as a statement fixture rather than a background light.
Best for
- Dining rooms 14 x 16 ft or larger with 9-10 ft ceilings
- Two-story foyers and entryways where the 36-inch span can be seen from below
- Formal living rooms and great rooms with traditional or Spanish-revival furnishings
- Stairwells and open-concept spaces that need a sculptural centerpiece
Not ideal for
- Bedrooms or small powder rooms - at 36 inches wide and 12 bulbs, it overwhelms intimate spaces
- Rooms with ceilings under 8 ft, where the 8 ft chain and 36-inch body crowd the sightline
- Bathrooms or covered outdoor areas - rated for dry locations only
How bright is it?
Lumen output is not specified by the manufacturer. With twelve 15W candelabra bulbs, expect a bright, layered glow suited to a primary dining or foyer light rather than accent duty.
Light color and feel
Color temperature depends on the bulbs you choose - warm white (2700K-3000K) candelabra LEDs flatter the Malaga finish and warm wood interiors. Dimmability depends on the bulbs and dimmer used; the fixture itself does not include a dimmer.
Sizing and fit
Overall 36 in L x 36 in W x 36 in H. Includes 8 ft of chain and a 6 in W x 1.75 in L canopy. Best in rooms with 9 ft ceilings or higher, hung so the lowest point sits about 30-36 in above a dining table.
