Quoizel Stonington 12in 2-Light Outdoor Lantern | Coastal Mystic Black and Clear Water Glass | Porch & Patio | 12 x 12 x 5.75 in | Model SNN1612K

A 12-inch outdoor ceiling lantern for porches, patios, and entryways, built from Coastal Armour composite in Mystic Black with clear water glass panels.

Stonington pairs a traditional lantern silhouette with a weather-ready composite body, so it holds up in coastal and humid climates without fading or corroding. Clear water glass panels add texture and let the bulbs show through, casting a warm, welcoming glow. The Mystic Black finish reads classic against most exterior color palettes.

Best for

• Covered porches and front entryways that need an overhead welcome light
• Covered patios and outdoor living areas in coastal or humid climates
• Traditional, coastal, and classic home exteriors with black or dark hardware
• Garage breezeways and side entries where a compact 12-inch fixture fits

Not ideal for

• Exposed locations with no overhead cover, where driving rain will reach the fixture
• Interiors - this is an outdoor-rated lantern and is sized for exterior use
• Very large porches over 15 x 15 ft, where a single 12-inch lantern will not light the whole space

How bright is it?

With two 60W medium-base bulbs (not included), this lantern produces roughly 1,600-1,800 lumens depending on the bulbs you choose - enough for a welcoming entry glow, not for lighting a whole yard.

Light color and feel

Light color depends on the bulbs you install. Clear water glass panels let the bulbs show through and add a rippled texture to the light. Warm white bulbs (2700K-3000K) will feel inviting at an entry, while cooler bulbs will read more utilitarian.

Sizing and fit

Overall dimensions are 12 in L x 12 in W x 5.75 in H with a 12 in W x 1 in L canopy. The compact 12-inch footprint suits porches, entryways, and breezeways, and the 5.75-inch height keeps it low-profile under a covered ceiling. It mounts in the up position.
