Description
A polished chrome wall sconce with an opal etched glass shade, designed for bedrooms, hallways, and living spaces that need soft, warm accent light.
The Stone collection pairs graceful curves with a gleaming polished chrome finish and a softly glowing opal etched glass shade. At 16.5 inches tall, this sconce adds vertical interest beside a bed, along a hallway, or flanking a piece of art. The up-facing installation directs light upward for a gentle wash that flatters the room without glare.
Best for
- Bedrooms, mounted on either side of the bed as a reading or accent sconce
- Hallways and stairwells where a slim, tall profile fits narrow wall space
- Living rooms, flanking a fireplace, console, or artwork
- Dining rooms and kitchens as supplemental accent lighting
Not ideal for
- Bathrooms or outdoor areas - the manufacturer lists this fixture for dry locations only
- Rooms where you need a primary light source - this is a single-bulb accent sconce, not a room-filling light
- Spaces with very low ceilings if you plan to mount it high on the wall
How bright is it?
Brightness depends on the bulb you install. This fixture accepts one medium-base bulb up to 100W, so with a 100W-equivalent LED you get roughly 1,600 lumens - bright enough for a reading nook or hallway, but not a substitute for a ceiling light in a large room.
Light color and feel
Light color is determined by the bulb you choose, not the fixture. The opal etched glass diffuses the bulb for a soft, even glow and reduces glare. Pair it with a warm white bulb (2700K-3000K) for a cozy, traditional feel that suits the polished chrome finish.
Sizing and fit
Measures 6 in wide x 7.75 in deep x 16.5 in tall and weighs 3.63 lbs. The 16.5-inch height makes it a strong vertical accent on standard 8-9 ft walls. It installs facing up and includes a 6-inch cord. Confirm your wall space and mounting height before ordering.
