Description
A 23-inch round semi-flush mount ceiling light for bedrooms, hallways, and foyers, finished in polished chrome with clear glass shades.
The Spellbound semi-flush mount from Quoizel's Platinum collection reimagines mid-century sputnik design for today's interiors. Spheres of shimmering ice glass are encased in outer shades of clear glass, creating a glittering display of light. Polished chrome arms and sockets add a contemporary edge. It sits close to the ceiling, making it a smart choice for rooms where you want a statement piece without a long drop.
Best for
- Primary bedrooms 12x14 ft or larger, centered over the bed as a soft ambient light
- Hallways and foyers with 8-9 ft ceilings where a low-profile statement piece is needed
- Living rooms and dining rooms in contemporary or mid-century modern interiors
- Rooms where you want a vintage-inspired look with modern polish
Not ideal for
- Bathrooms or covered outdoor areas - this fixture is rated for dry locations only
- Very small powder rooms where a 23-inch diameter would overwhelm the space
- Vaulted or sloped ceilings that require a hanging pendant rather than a semi-flush mount
How bright is it?
Lumen output is not specified by the manufacturer, but with nine 40W G9 bulbs (not included), this fixture is designed to deliver bright, even illumination suitable for ambient lighting in medium to large rooms. It is not intended as a single-source task light for a whole floor.
Light color and feel
Color temperature depends on the G9 bulbs you choose. The clear glass shades and ice glass spheres create a sparkling, jewel-like effect. The fixture is not specified as dimmable by the manufacturer; check your bulb and dimmer compatibility if dimming is required.
Sizing and fit
Overall dimensions are 23 in L x 23 in W x 10 in H. The 4.75-inch canopy and 6-inch cord suit standard 8-9 ft ceilings. At 3.57 lbs, it is lightweight and easy to install on a standard ceiling junction box.
