Quoizel Shrine 16in 3-Light Flush Mount | Vintage Aged Gold and Antique Mercury Glass | Bedroom & Hallway | 16 x 16 x 7 in | Model SRE1616AGL

A 16-inch flush mount ceiling light with antiqued mercury glass and an aged gold finish, sized for bedrooms, hallways, and other low-ceiling rooms.

The Shrine collection takes its cue from old-world lanterns, connecting panes of antique mercury glass in an accordion-style steel frame that echoes the angular shape of the shade. The aged gold finish keeps the vintage, slightly whimsical character intact. Because it hugs the ceiling at just 7 inches tall, it works in rooms where a pendant or chandelier would hang too low.

Best for

• Bedrooms and guest rooms with standard 8-foot ceilings, where a flush profile keeps headroom clear
• Hallways, foyers, and stair landings that need a decorative ceiling light without a long drop
• Dining nooks and breakfast areas in homes with a vintage, traditional, or eclectic point of view
• Anyone drawn to mercury glass and aged metal finishes rather than polished modern looks

Not ideal for

• Bathrooms or covered outdoor areas - this fixture carries an ETL listing but no damp or wet location rating is stated in the source data
• Large open rooms that need a high-output primary light; three 60W bulbs provide accent-level illumination
• Very tall ceilings where a flush mount would look undersized

How bright is it?

Lumen output is not specified by the manufacturer. With three 60W medium-base bulbs, expect roughly the brightness of a typical three-bulb ceiling fixture - enough for ambient light in a bedroom or hallway, but not a substitute for a large room's main lighting.

Light color and feel

Color temperature depends on the bulbs you choose; the fixture itself does not set a Kelvin rating. The antique mercury glass softens and diffuses the light, giving it a warm, slightly mottled glow that suits traditional and vintage interiors. Dimmability depends on your bulbs and dimmer switch.

Sizing and fit

Overall dimensions are 16 inches long x 16 inches wide x 7 inches high, with a 13.25-inch wide canopy. The 7-inch height makes it a good fit for 8-foot ceilings and rooms where clearance matters. Item weight is 10.5 lbs.

Frequently asked

Is the bulb included? No. The fixture takes three 60W medium-base bulbs, sold separately.

Is it dimmable, and what dimmer should I use? The fixture does not specify a dimmer; dimming depends on using dimmable bulbs and a compatible dimmer switch.

Can I install this in a bathroom or outdoors? No damp or wet location rating is stated, so it is best kept in dry indoor rooms.

What's the warranty? Warranty terms are not specified in the source data.

How does the antique mercury glass look in person? It has a softly reflective, slightly aged finish rather than a clear, mirror-bright glass, which is what gives the fixture its vintage character.
