Quoizel Sailor 20in 5-Light Semi-Flush Mount | Nautical Western Bronze and White Etched Glass | Bedroom & Foyer | 20 x 20 x 9.5 in | Model SLR1720WT

A 20-inch semi-flush mount ceiling light for larger bedrooms, foyers, and hallways, finished in Western Bronze with a white etched glass shade.

The Sailor collection brings a classic nautical silhouette indoors, pairing a matte Western Bronze steel frame with a white etched glass bowl. The etched glass softens the light and hides the bulbs from below, so the fixture reads as a clean, traditional ceiling light rather than a busy one. It suits coastal, transitional, and traditional interiors.

Best for

• Primary bedrooms and larger guest rooms with 8-9 ft ceilings
• Foyers and entryways up to about 12 x 14 ft that need a welcoming overhead light
• Hallways and stair landings where a low-profile fixture keeps headroom clear
• Coastal and traditional homes that already use bronze or dark metal hardware

Not ideal for

• Bathrooms or covered outdoor areas - this fixture is rated for dry locations only
• Rooms where you want a statement chandelier or a pendant with visible bulbs
• Very small powder rooms or closets, where a 20-inch diameter will feel oversized

How bright is it?

With five 100W medium-base bulbs (not included), this fixture can produce roughly 7,500-8,000 lumens depending on the bulbs you choose - bright enough to serve as the main light in a large bedroom or foyer. It is not intended as a decorative accent light.

Light color and feel

Light color depends on the bulbs you install. The white etched glass diffuses output evenly and reduces glare, so 2700K-3000K warm white bulbs will feel soft and inviting, while 4000K bulbs will read cooler and more task-oriented. Dimmability depends on the bulbs and wall dimmer you pair with it; the fixture itself does not include a dimmer.

Sizing and fit

Overall dimensions are 20 in L x 20 in W x 9.5 in H with a 6-inch canopy. The 9.5-inch height fits ceilings around 8-9 ft, and the 20-inch diameter suits larger bedrooms, foyers, and hallways. It mounts close to the ceiling, so it will not interfere with doors or tall furniture.
