Description
A 31-inch 12-light pendant with a swirling polished chrome steel frame, made for large dining rooms and grand foyers.
The Ribbons collection from Quoizel's Platinum line wraps 12 lights inside a ribbon-like steel swirl finished in mirror-bright polished chrome. At 31 inches across, it commands a room and reflects surrounding light for extra sparkle. It is a statement piece for contemporary and transitional interiors.
Best for
- Large dining rooms with 9-10 ft ceilings, centered over a 60-72 in table
- Two-story foyers and stairwells where the swirl pattern is visible from below
- Open-concept great rooms that need one bold focal point
- Modern interiors with chrome, glass, or white finishes
Not ideal for
- Low ceilings under 8 ft - the 31 in height plus cord needs clearance
- Small rooms or powder rooms where a 31 in pendant overwhelms the space
- Rooms where you want a soft, warm glow - 12 G9 bulbs at 40W each deliver bright, directional light
How bright is it?
Lumen output is not specified by the manufacturer. With 12 x 40W G9 bulbs, this fixture is designed for bright ambient and task light over a dining table or foyer - not as a subtle accent.
Light color and feel
Color temperature depends on the G9 bulbs you choose; the fixture itself does not dictate Kelvin. Pair with warm white (2700-3000K) G9 LEDs for a golden dining-room feel, or 4000K for a crisp modern look. This finish is dimmable - use a dimmer rated for G9 LED or halogen loads.
Sizing and fit
Overall dimensions are 31 in L x 31 in W x 31 in H with an 8 ft cord and a 4.75 in W x 1.00 in L canopy. The 8 ft cord allows hanging in standard and vaulted ceilings; trim to your desired drop. Weighs 16.65 lbs.
