Description
A traditional 2-light outdoor wall lantern in earth black with clear glass, sized for porches, entryways, and garage doors.
The Quentin wall lantern pairs a classic tapered frame with a deep earth black finish that stands up to exterior walls. Clear glass panels let the bulbs show through for a warm, welcoming glow at the door. It is part of the full Quentin outdoor collection, so you can match it with hanging lanterns and post lantern heads around the property.
Best for
- Single-door entryways and front porches, mounted beside the door
- Garage doors and side entries, often installed in pairs
- Covered patios and breezeways where a mid-size wall light fits
- Matching with other Quentin outdoor lanterns for a cohesive exterior
Not ideal for
- Uncovered spots fully exposed to direct rain and weather
- Narrow door frames or columns that need a compact 6 in lantern
- Rooms that need bright task lighting; two 15W candelabra bulbs give accent-level light
How bright is it?
Lumen output is not specified by the manufacturer. With two 15W candelabra-base bulbs, expect accent light - enough to light a doorway or walkway, not a whole yard.
Light color and feel
Color temperature depends on the bulbs you choose; the lantern ships without bulbs. Clear glass keeps the light crisp and unobstructed, so warm-white bulbs give a classic, welcoming porch glow.
Sizing and fit
Overall 9 in L x 8 in W x 16.25 in H with a 6 in cord. The mid-size footprint suits standard door frames and porch columns. Mounts in the up position; best on porches and entryways with standard 8-9 ft ceilings.

Frequently asked
Is the bulb included? No. It takes two 15W candelabra-base bulbs, sold separately.
Is it dimmable, and what dimmer should I use? Dimming depends on the bulbs and dimmer you install; the lantern itself does not include a dimmer. Use dimmable candelabra bulbs with a compatible wall dimmer.
Can I install this in a bathroom or outdoors? This is an outdoor wall lantern built for exterior use; it is best in covered exterior areas.
What's the warranty? Warranty terms are not specified by the manufacturer in the supplied data.
How does earth black compare to matte black? Earth black is a slightly warmer, softer black with a low-sheen finish that suits traditional and transitional exteriors.
