Description
A 12-inch four-light semi-flush mount with an open square steel frame in matte black, made for bedrooms, hallways, and entryways with industrial or farmhouse style.
Paulsen pairs an open square frame with a matte black finish that reads like iron, spanning industrial and farmhouse aesthetics. The open cage design lets you see the bulbs, so vintage-style bulbs add retro character. It suits loft apartments, farmhouse entries, and modern-industrial bedrooms.
Best for
- Bedrooms and guest rooms with 8-9 ft ceilings, as a central light
- Hallways, foyers, and stairwells where a compact footprint works
- Industrial, farmhouse, and modern-rustic interiors
- Entryways that want an open, airy look overhead
Not ideal for
- Bathrooms or covered outdoor areas - rated for dry locations only
- Rooms needing soft, diffused light - the open frame leaves bulbs exposed
- Spaces where you want a shade to hide the bulbs
How bright is it?
Lumen output not specified by manufacturer. With four 75W medium-base bulbs, it delivers ample ambient light for a bedroom or hallway, and the open frame lets that light spread freely.
Light color and feel
Light color depends on the bulbs you choose. Because the frame is open, bulb style is visible - vintage Edison bulbs in 2700K-3000K give a warm, retro glow. Dimmable when paired with compatible dimmable bulbs and a dimmer switch.
Sizing and fit
