Description
A shapely 2-light wall sconce for bedrooms and hallways, finished in matte black with white linen shades.
The O'Hare sconce stands out for its curved silhouette and paired white linen shades. The matte black steel frame keeps the look clean, while the fabric shades soften the light into a warm glow. It suits a range of interiors, from Mediterranean to farmhouse, and works just as well alone as it does in a pair.
Best for
- Bedrooms, mounted on either side of the bed as reading sconces
- Hallways and stairwells that need a decorative accent light
- Living rooms or dining rooms where a pair frames a focal wall
- Mediterranean, farmhouse, and transitional interiors
Not ideal for
- Bathrooms or outdoor areas - this sconce is rated for dry locations only
- Spaces that need bright task lighting; two 40W bulbs give a soft accent glow
- Very narrow walls - it projects 5 in and stands 18 in tall
How bright is it?
Lumen output is not specified by the manufacturer. With two 40W candelabra bulbs it produces a soft, ambient glow - ideal for accent and bedside lighting, not as a primary room light.
Light color and feel
Color temperature depends on the bulbs you choose. The white linen shades diffuse the light into a warm, even glow that flatters skin tones and works well in bedrooms.
Sizing and fit
Measures 12 in wide, 5 in deep, and 18 in tall, and weighs 1.65 lbs. The 6 in cord suits standard wall mounting. Best on walls with at least 18 in of clear height, and it pairs well with a matching sconce on the opposite side of a bed or doorway.
