Description
A 42-inch linear LED chandelier with a matte black frame and white glass shade, made for kitchen islands and dining rooms in modern and transitional homes.
The Naya leans on a classic black-and-white pairing for bold, graphic contrast. A slim matte black steel frame runs the length of the fixture, with a white glass shade that softens and diffuses the integrated LED light. Part of the Platinum by Quoizel collection, its transitional design slips easily into modern and contemporary decor.
Best for
- Kitchen islands roughly 5-7 ft long - the 42-inch span covers the full work surface
- Dining rooms with a rectangular table, hung 30-36 inches above the tabletop
- Home bars and open-plan kitchens where black and white finishes already set the palette
- Modern and transitional interiors that want a clean, linear focal point
Not ideal for
- Bathrooms or covered outdoor areas - no damp or wet location rating is stated for this fixture
- Rooms with very low ceilings - the fixture hangs from a canopy and needs clearance above a table or island
- Anyone who wants to swap bulbs or change color temperature - the LED source is integrated
How bright is it?
Lumen output is not specified by the manufacturer. The fixture uses a 25W integrated LED, which typically provides solid task lighting over a kitchen island or dining table - enough to work and eat by, but not a substitute for full-room ambient lighting.
Light color and feel
Color temperature is not specified by the manufacturer. The white glass shade diffuses the LED into a soft, even glow, and the fixture is dimmable so you can take it from bright prep light down to a relaxed dinner setting with a compatible LED-rated dimmer.
Sizing and fit
Overall dimensions are 42 in W x 2.5 in D x 7.5 in H, with a 9.75 in W x 1.5 in L canopy. The 42-inch width suits islands and tables in the 5-7 ft range; leave about 30-36 inches between the bottom of the fixture and your countertop or tabletop. Weighs 9.46 lbs.
