Description
A mid-size outdoor wall lantern for front entries and porches, finished in earth black steel with clear beveled glass.
Morgan takes a classic lantern profile and sharpens it with clean architectural lines. The earth black finish is a deep, slightly warm charcoal that pairs naturally with brick, stone, and painted siding. Clear beveled glass panels give the light a faceted sparkle and keep the fixture looking intentional during the day.
Best for
- Flanking a standard front door, where a 14.75 in tall lantern reads as properly scaled
- Covered porches and patios with traditional or transitional architecture
- Garage entries and side doors that need a warm, welcoming pool of light
- Matching with other Morgan sizes across a facade for a coordinated exterior
Not ideal for
- Very tall or wide facades where a larger lantern would be better proportioned
- Anyone expecting broad area lighting - this is a single-bulb accent lantern
- Upward-facing installations - this model is designed for down installation
How bright is it?
Lumen output is not specified by the manufacturer and depends on the bulb. A 100W-equivalent LED gives a bright, welcoming entry light; a lower-output bulb turns it into a softer decorative accent.
Light color and feel
Color temperature comes from your bulb choice. Warm white (2700K-3000K) suits the earth black finish and traditional shape; the clear beveled glass produces crisp highlights rather than a diffused glow.
Sizing and fit
Measures 8.75 in long, 8 in wide, and 14.75 in tall, weighing 6.93 lbs. This is a good middle size for a single front door or a modest porch, mounted at or slightly above eye level.
