Description
A 12-inch outdoor wall lantern for porches, entryways, and garage walls, finished in Mystic Black with clear glass.
The Lodge outdoor wall lantern brings a classic carriage-house look to exterior walls. Its Mystic Black finish and clear glass panels let the bulb shine through cleanly, while the traditional silhouette pairs easily with Craftsman, farmhouse, and colonial homes. Built for outdoor use, it mounts flush to the wall and casts a welcoming pool of light beside a door or along a walkway.
Best for
- Front entryways and porches, mounted beside the door at eye level
- Garage walls and side doors that need a warm welcome light
- Covered patios and breezeways where a wall-mounted lantern fits the architecture
- Pairing in twos or threes along a facade for a balanced, symmetrical look
Not ideal for
- Spaces where you want a large statement fixture - at 12 inches wide this is a modest accent light
- Interiors - this is an outdoor wall lantern, not an indoor sconce
How bright is it?
Lumen output is not specified by the manufacturer. It uses one medium-base bulb, so brightness depends on the bulb you choose - a standard 60W-equivalent LED gives a comfortable entryway glow.
Light color and feel
Color temperature depends on the bulb installed. A 2700K-3000K warm white bulb gives the traditional, welcoming look most porches want. The clear glass shows the bulb, so a decorative filament or vintage-style bulb looks especially good here.
Sizing and fit
Measures 12 in wide x 14 in deep x 11 in high and weighs about 5 lbs. The 14-inch depth means it projects noticeably from the wall - leave clearance beside doors and walkways. Best on walls with at least 6 ft of open space above the ground.
