Description
A 42-inch linear island chandelier with five clear seedy glass shades, finished in earth black steel - ideal for kitchen islands and dining rooms.
The Kingsbridge island chandelier brings an industrial edge to the kitchen or dining room with a tidy row of seeded glass shades set against earth black steel. The clear seedy glass adds texture and diffuses light gently, while the linear silhouette keeps sightlines open across a counter or table. Part of the Kingsbridge collection, also available as a semi-flush mount or circular chandelier.
Best for
- Kitchen islands 6-8 ft long, hung as the main task and ambient light over the counter
- Dining rooms with a rectangular table 60-72 in long
- Open-concept kitchens where a linear pendant defines the prep area
- Industrial, modern farmhouse, and transitional interiors
Not ideal for
- Rooms with ceilings under 8 ft if you need the full 8 ft cord drop
- Small powder rooms or tight hallways - the 42 in width needs a long surface below
- Spaces where you want a single bright downlight - this fixture spreads light across five shades
How bright is it?
Uses five 100W medium-base bulbs (not included). Lumen output depends on the bulbs you choose; with 800-lumen LED bulbs, expect roughly 4,000 lumens total - bright enough to light a kitchen island or dining table as a primary light.
Light color and feel
Light color depends on the bulbs installed. With 2700K-3000K warm white bulbs, the clear seedy glass casts a soft, textured glow that flatters wood tones and earth black finishes. Dimmable when paired with dimmable bulbs and a compatible dimmer switch.
