Description
A 9-inch outdoor hanging lantern for covered patios and entryways, finished in matte black with clear ribbed glass.
The Jett outdoor lantern collection incorporates transitional style with classic elements, making it a versatile choice for a variety of exteriors. The stately silhouette features clean lines and a unique center glass column, all finished in a classic matte black. Clear glass completes the look, offering a balance of visual intrigue and timeless style. Jett is available as a hanging lantern or in multiple sizes of wall light, perfect for flanking doorways, illuminating walkways, or accenting any outdoor space.
Best for
- Covered patios and porches, hung as a welcoming focal point
- Entryways and foyers, flanking the front door or hanging overhead
- Walkways and garden paths under a pergola or overhang
- Transitional and classic exteriors that need a clean, architectural accent
Not ideal for
- Exposed locations with direct rain or sprinkler spray - while outdoor-rated, it is best in covered areas
- Rooms with ceilings under 8 ft if you need the full 8-inch chain drop
- Spaces where you want a large, statement-making centerpiece - this is a compact lantern
How bright is it?
Brightness depends on the bulb you choose. It accepts one 60W medium-base bulb (not included). With a standard 60W equivalent LED, expect roughly 800 lumens - enough for accent and entry lighting, but not as a primary area light.
Light color and feel
Light color is determined by your bulb choice. A 2700K-3000K warm white bulb will complement the matte black finish and clear glass, creating a soft, inviting glow. The clear ribbed glass adds texture and visual interest without filtering light.
