Description
A traditional outdoor wall lantern for porches and entryways that need storybook charm and a warm, welcoming glow.
The Jaxon pairs a rich western bronze finish with clear seedy glass that softly diffuses light and adds texture. Interchangeable candle sets in western bronze and gold are included so you can shift the look to suit your home.
Best for
- Front porches and entryways, mounted beside the door for a welcoming glow
- Covered patios and walkways where a traditional lantern silhouette fits the architecture
- Homes with bronze, copper, or warm wood exterior trim
- Garages and side entries that need a classic, storybook look
Not ideal for
- Very small spaces - the 12.5 in height needs a wall with room to breathe
- Modern minimalist exteriors where a traditional lantern silhouette would feel out of place
How bright is it?
One 100W medium-base bulb (not included) gives you plenty of light for a porch or entryway - roughly equivalent to a bright indoor ceiling fixture. Use a lower-wattage or LED bulb if you want a softer accent.
Light color and feel
Bulb-dependent. Pair with a warm white (2700K-3000K) bulb for a classic lantern glow, or a brighter white for security lighting. Dimmable when used with a compatible dimmer and dimmable bulb.
Sizing and fit
Overall 7 in W x 8.5 in D x 12.5 in H. The 8.5 in depth projects from the wall, so leave clearance on narrow porches. Mounts facing down.
