Description
A 9-inch semi-flush mount for hallways, foyers, and bedrooms, finished in brushed nickel with a handmade clear swirl glass shade.
The Genie collection pairs a soft rippling glass shade with a clean steel frame, giving coastal and transitional rooms a light, airy focal point. Because the glass is handmade, the swirl pattern is unique to each piece and may vary slightly. The brushed nickel finish keeps the look bright and modern without feeling cold.
Best for
- Hallways and foyers where a low-profile ceiling light is needed
- Bedrooms and guest rooms as a soft ambient light
- Coastal and transitional interiors with light wood or white walls
- Rooms with standard 8-9 ft ceilings, since the semi-flush design keeps the fixture close to the ceiling
Not ideal for
- Bathrooms or covered outdoor areas - this fixture is rated for dry locations only
- Large rooms needing a primary light source - one 100W bulb provides accent-level illumination
- Spaces where a fully flush profile is required, as this semi-flush drops 13.75 in from the ceiling
How bright is it?
Uses one 100W medium base bulb (not included). Lumen output depends on the bulb chosen; with a standard 100W-equivalent LED, expect roughly 1600 lumens - enough for a hallway or small bedroom, not a large living room.
Light color and feel
Light color depends on the bulb installed. The clear swirl glass diffuses the bulb softly while letting the pattern show. Dimmable when paired with a dimmable bulb and compatible dimmer switch.
