Description
A compact 1-light mini pendant in matte black steel with a white alabaster glass shade - ideal for kitchen islands and bar seating.
The Fairbanks mini pendant pairs slender matte black lines with a white alabaster glass shade, a combination that reads transitional with a hint of luxury. At just over 5 inches wide it tucks neatly over a small island, breakfast bar, or pair of stools, and the open frame keeps sightlines clear.
Best for
- Kitchen islands and breakfast bars - hang in pairs or threes
- Small dining nooks and eat-in kitchens
- Transitional, modern farmhouse, and soft-contemporary interiors
- Bedrooms or reading corners as a single accent pendant
Not ideal for
- Bathrooms or uncovered outdoor areas - rated for dry locations only
- High-ceiling foyers - the 11.75 in body is too small to fill tall spaces
- Rooms needing a primary light source - one 100W bulb covers a small area only
How bright is it?
Takes one 100W medium-base bulb (not included). With a 100W-equivalent LED expect roughly 1100-1600 lumens - enough to light a small island or bar top, not a whole kitchen.
Light color and feel
Color temperature depends on your bulb. The white alabaster glass diffuses light softly; choose 2700K-3000K for warm, inviting kitchen light. Dimmable with compatible bulbs and dimmer.
