Description
A 1-light wall sconce in earth black with a clear ribbed glass shade, made for bedrooms, hallways, and bathroom vanities.
The Dacosta wall sconce adds visual intrigue with a clear swirl glass shade. A delicate hook accent connects the glass to the minimalist backplate, offering subtle farmhouse style. Finished in earth black, it fits a range of home decor styles and can be mounted with the shade facing up or down.
Best for
- Bedrooms, mounted beside the bed as a reading sconce
- Hallways and stairwells where a 10 in tall accent light fits
- Bathroom vanities, installed in pairs above or beside the mirror
- Entryways and powder rooms that need a single accent light
Not ideal for
- Rooms that need a primary light source - one 100W bulb is accent-level brightness
- Outdoor or damp locations - rated for dry locations only
- Wide walls that need broad illumination - the 6 in backplate is compact
How bright is it?
Lumen output is not specified by the manufacturer. With one 100W medium-base bulb, this sconce delivers accent-level light - ideal beside a bed or mirror, not as a room's main light.
Light color and feel
Color temperature depends on the bulb you choose. The clear ribbed glass throws light with a bit of sparkle and texture rather than diffusing it softly. Pair with warm-white bulbs for a cozy feel.
Sizing and fit
Overall dimensions are 8 in L x 6 in W x 10 in H with a 6 in cord. The compact 6 in backplate suits narrow walls and bedside placement. Weighs 1.98 lbs.
