Description
A 9-light chandelier with sculptural aged brass arms and opal glass shades, sized for dining rooms and kitchen islands.
The Cavalier chandelier pairs modern art with functional lighting. Soft opal glass shades rest atop slightly bending arms for a geometric yet sophisticated silhouette, while the aged brass finish adds warm luster. It is a statement piece for a kitchen, living room, or home office.
Best for
- Dining rooms with a table 60-72 in long, hung 30-36 in above the tabletop
- Kitchen islands in open-plan homes, centered over the island
- Living rooms and home offices with ceilings 9 ft or higher
- Entry foyers and stairwells where a 34.5 in wide statement piece fits
Not ideal for
- Rooms with ceilings under 8 ft - the 22 in body plus hanging hardware needs headroom
- Small powder rooms or narrow hallways - the 34.5 in span is too wide
- Bathrooms or covered outdoor areas - rated for dry locations only
How bright is it?
Lumen output is not specified by the manufacturer. With nine 100W medium-base bulbs, this fixture delivers generous ambient light for a dining room or large kitchen - it is a primary room light, not an accent.
Light color and feel
Color temperature depends on the bulbs you choose. The opal glass diffuses light softly and evenly, reducing glare. Pair with warm-white bulbs for a golden, welcoming feel or daylight bulbs for a crisper look.
