Description
A 28-inch five-light chandelier with clear swirl glass shades, a sculptural matte black steel frame, and aged brass accents - made for dining rooms and foyers.
The Carly collection leans industrial, pairing a matte black frame with aged brass details and clear swirl glass. The swirl texture in each shade catches and bends light, adding drama without darkening the room. At 28 in wide it fills a dining table or entryway without overwhelming the space.
Best for
- Dining rooms with a round or square table 48-60 in wide
- Foyers and entryways with 8-9 ft ceilings
- Open kitchens and dining areas that want a matching look with the Carly mini pendant
- Industrial, modern-farmhouse, and transitional interiors with black or brass hardware
Not ideal for
- Small powder rooms or hallways - at 28 in wide this needs a real room beneath it
- Bathrooms or covered outdoor areas - rated for dry, indoor locations only
- Rooms with ceilings under 8 ft if you want a long drop
How bright is it?
Five 100W medium-base bulbs give this chandelier plenty of output for a dining room or foyer. Exact lumens depend on the bulbs; with 100W-equivalent LEDs expect roughly 8,000 lumens total - bright enough to serve as the primary light in a mid-size room.
Light color and feel
Color temperature is set by your bulbs. The clear swirl glass lets the bulb show, so 2700K-3000K warm white or vintage filament bulbs suit the industrial look. Dimmable when paired with dimmable bulbs and a compatible dimmer switch.
Sizing and fit
Overall dimensions are 28 in wide x 28 in deep x 12 in high, with a 5 in x 5 in canopy and 8 ft of cord. Over a dining table, leave about 30-34 in between the bottom of the fixture and the tabletop. The 28 in width suits tables in the 48-60 in range.
