Description
A 16-inch glam LED flush mount ceiling light for bedrooms, hallways, and entryways, finished in brushed gold with an opal etched glass shade.
The Carey adds a touch of glamour to a close-to-ceiling design. Clear decorative balls catch and scatter light for a striking visual effect, while the brushed gold finish and opal etched glass keep the look warm and polished. A three-way CCT switch lets you shift the light color to suit the mood, and the integrated LED means no bulbs to replace.
Best for
- Bedrooms 10x12 ft and larger that need soft, even overhead light
- Hallways and entryways where a low-profile fixture with a decorative touch fits
- Glam, transitional, and modern interiors with gold or brass accents
- Rooms with standard 8 ft ceilings - the 3.5 in profile stays close to the ceiling
Not ideal for
- Bathrooms or covered outdoor areas - this fixture is rated for dry locations only
- Large open rooms over 200 sq ft where a single flush mount won't light the whole space
- Interiors styled around matte black or industrial hardware, where brushed gold would clash
How bright is it?
Lumen output is not specified by the manufacturer. The integrated 25W LED provides a moderate ambient light suited to bedrooms, hallways, and entryways rather than a primary light for large open rooms.
Light color and feel
A three-way CCT switch lets you choose between multiple color temperatures, so you can shift from a warmer to a cooler feel depending on the room and time of day. The opal etched glass diffuses light evenly, and the fixture is listed as dimmable for adjustable brightness.
Sizing and fit
Measures 16 in L x 16 in W x 3.5 in H with a 16 in W x 16 in L canopy. The 3.5-inch profile suits standard 8-foot ceilings and rooms roughly 10x12 ft to 12x14 ft. Weighs 9.83 lbs.
