Description
A farmhouse semi-flush mount ceiling light for bedrooms, hallways, and entryways that need rustic character without a long drop.
The Brockton pairs a thin grey ash steel frame with whitewashed faux wood accents for a weathered, farmhouse-approved look. Its open framework lets you see the bulbs, so vintage filament styles read as part of the design. At 12.25 inches tall, it hugs the ceiling - a good fit for rooms where a pendant would hang too low.
Best for
- Bedrooms and hallways with standard 8-9 ft ceilings
- Entryways and foyers where a low-profile statement light is needed
- Farmhouse, rustic, and modern-country interiors
- Rooms where you want the bulbs to be part of the look
Not ideal for
- Bathrooms or outdoor areas - rated for dry locations only
- Very small rooms where a 17.5 in wide fixture would overwhelm the ceiling
- Spaces needing a fully enclosed shade to hide the bulbs
How bright is it?
Uses four 100W medium-base bulbs (not included). Lumen output depends on the bulbs you choose; with vintage filament bulbs it provides soft ambient light rather than task-level brightness.
Light color and feel
Light color depends on the bulbs installed. Warm white (2700K-3000K) filament bulbs suit the rustic finish; the open frame means the bulbs are visible, so choose a style you like looking at. Dimmable when paired with compatible dimmable bulbs and a dimmer switch.
