Description
A 13-inch 2-light wall sconce with a pill-shaped alabaster resin shade and matte black steel frame, made for bedrooms, hallways, and bathrooms.
The Bree sconce is sleek and sculptural, with a smooth pill silhouette that glows softly through an alabaster resin shade. The matte black finish gives it a grounded, contemporary look that pairs easily with wood, brass, or neutral palettes. It can be mounted horizontally or vertically, so it works as a bedside reading light, a hallway accent, or a pair flanking a bathroom mirror.
Best for
- Primary bedrooms, mounted vertically beside the bed as a reading sconce
- Hallways and stairwells where a soft, even glow is wanted
- Bathrooms, mounted horizontally above or beside a vanity mirror
- Reading nooks and home offices as an accent light
Not ideal for
- Covered outdoor areas or wet locations - rated for dry locations only
- Rooms where you need a bright primary light source - this is an accent fixture
- Very dark walls if you want the matte black frame to read as a distinct silhouette
How bright is it?
Lumen output is not specified by the manufacturer. With two 15W candelabra-base bulbs, this sconce provides soft accent light - enough to read by or to wash a wall, but not intended as a room's main light source.
Light color and feel
Color temperature depends on the bulbs you choose. Warm white (2700K-3000K) bulbs will complement the alabaster resin shade and matte black finish, giving a soft, golden glow. Dimmability depends on the bulbs and dimmer switch used - the fixture itself does not include a dimmer.
Sizing and fit
Overall dimensions are 4.75 in W x 4 in D x 12.5 in H. The 4 in projection keeps it close to the wall, so it works well in narrow hallways and beside a bed. Mount horizontally or vertically depending on the space.
