Description
A 14-inch two-light semi-flush mount in matte black with a clear painted white glass shade, made for foyers, hallways, and home offices.
The Baud semi-flush mount keeps things simple with a modern flourish: A clear painted white glass shade wrapped by a textured matte black band that adds a layer of contrast and style. The matte black steel finish and versatile silhouette let it sit comfortably in transitional and contemporary rooms, and the close-to-ceiling profile keeps sightlines open.
Best for
- Foyers and entryways with 8-9 ft ceilings
- Hallways and corridors that need even overhead light
- Home offices and living rooms with modern or transitional decor
- Bedrooms 10x12 ft or larger as a central ceiling light
Not ideal for
- Bathrooms or covered outdoor areas - the source lists an ETL listing but no damp or wet location rating, so treat it as an indoor, dry-area fixture
- Large rooms over 200 sq ft if you need this as the only light source - two 100W bulbs give moderate ambient light
- Spaces where you want a fully diffused glow - the clear painted white glass shows more definition than frosted glass
How bright is it?
Lumen output is not specified by the manufacturer. With two 100W medium-base bulbs, expect moderate to bright ambient light - suitable for a foyer or hallway, but not a substitute for a large primary room light.
Light color and feel
Color temperature depends on the bulbs you choose; the fixture does not set a Kelvin rating. The clear painted white glass softens the light while keeping some definition, so it reads clean and modern. Pair with warm-white bulbs for a softer feel or daylight bulbs for a crisper look.
Sizing and fit
Overall dimensions are 14 in L x 14 in W x 9.5 in H with a 5 in W x 5 in L canopy. At 9.5 in tall it fits comfortably on standard 8-9 ft ceilings. Item weight is 8 lbs.

Frequently asked
Is the bulb included? No. It takes two 100W medium-base bulbs, sold separately.
Is it dimmable? Dimming depends on the bulbs and wall dimmer you use; the fixture is not listed with a dimmer rating, so choose dimmable bulbs and a compatible dimmer.
Can I install this in a bathroom or outdoors? No damp or wet location rating is listed, so keep it indoors in dry areas.
What's the warranty? Warranty terms are not specified in the source data; check with the manufacturer.
How does the textured band affect the look? The matte black band around the white glass adds contrast and a subtle modern detail without changing the shade's soft glow.
