Quoizel Bankston 18in 4-Light Pendant | Contemporary Matte Black and Mercury Glass | Kitchen Island & Dining Room | Model QP5600MBK

A 4-light pendant with staggered mercury glass panels and a matte black steel frame, made for kitchen islands and dining rooms that want sculptural, contemporary character.

Bankston pairs a matte black finish with mercury glass - a nod to antique fixtures, reimagined with a modern, reflective sheen. The staggered glass panels give the pendant a layered, dimensional look that reads as art from across the room. It's part of Quoizel's contemporary lineup and works equally well over a kitchen island or as a statement piece in an open dining area.

Best for

• Kitchen islands 6-8 ft long, hung in a single statement position or paired over a long counter
• Dining rooms with 8-9 ft ceilings, centered over a 48-60 in table
• Open-concept living and dining spaces that need a sculptural focal point
• Contemporary and transitional interiors with black, brass, or warm wood accents

Not ideal for

• Bathrooms or covered outdoor areas - rated for dry locations only
• Rooms with ceilings under 8 ft if you need the full 8 ft cord extended
• Spaces where you want a bright, even wash of light - mercury glass diffuses and softens output

How bright is it?

Lumen output is not specified by the manufacturer. With four 60W candelabra-base bulbs, expect a warm, layered glow - bright enough to anchor a dining table or island, but not a substitute for task lighting over a prep area.

Light color and feel

Light color depends on the bulbs you choose. With warm white bulbs (2700-3000K), the mercury glass throws a soft, golden, slightly reflective glow that flatters wood and brass. With cooler bulbs (4000K+), the glass reads more silver and modern. Bulbs are not included.

Sizing and fit

Overall dimensions are 18.25 in L x 18.25 in W x 13.25 in H, with an 8 ft cord and a 5.5 in square canopy. The 18.25 in width suits islands and dining tables roughly 36-60 in wide. Hang the bottom of the pendant 30-36 in above a dining table or 30-36 in above an island countertop for comfortable sightlines.
