Description
A 26-inch five-light sputnik chandelier in brushed nickel with clear glass globes, made to hang over a kitchen island or dining table.
Asha takes the classic sputnik silhouette and gives it a modern, futuristic edge. Brushed nickel arms radiate outward, each tipped with an open clear glass globe that lets the bulbs show through for a playful, geometric lighting effect. The open design keeps sightlines clear, so it works well over an island where you still want to see across the room.
Best for
- Kitchen islands 6-8 ft long, hung 30-36 in above the countertop
- Dining rooms with a round or oval table seating 4-6
- Living rooms and open-concept spaces that need a sculptural centerpiece
- Modern, contemporary, and mid-century interiors
Not ideal for
- Low ceilings under 8 ft - the chandelier needs clearance to read well
- Outdoor or damp-exposed locations - this fixture is rated for dry indoor use only
- Rooms where you want soft, shaded light - the open glass globes show the bulbs directly
How bright is it?
Uses five 60W candelabra-base bulbs (not included). Lumen output depends on the bulbs you choose - with standard 60W-equivalent LEDs you get roughly 4,000 lumens total, enough for ambient dining or island light.
Light color and feel
Color temperature depends on your bulbs. For dining rooms, 2700K-3000K warm white feels inviting; for kitchens, 3000K-3500K keeps things crisp. The clear glass globes let the bulbs' shape and glow show, so consider decorative or Edison-style bulbs.
