Description
A slim 13.75-inch mini pendant in matte black with alabaster glass and an integrated LED source, made for kitchen islands, bars, and breakfast nooks.
Alys is a narrow, contemporary pendant from the Platinum by Quoizel collection. The matte black steel body is accented with gold detailing, and the alabaster glass shade diffuses the integrated LED into a warm, even glow. At just 2.5 in wide, it works well hung in pairs or threes over a counter.
Best for
- Kitchen islands and peninsulas - hang two or three in a row for even task light
- Home bars and butler's pantries that need a focused accent light
- Breakfast nooks and small dining tables where a full-size pendant is too much
- Bedrooms used as a single bedside drop light
Not ideal for
- Rooms with ceilings under 8 ft - the 13.75 in body plus hanging height can feel low
- Bathrooms or covered outdoor areas - this fixture is rated for dry locations only
- Anyone wanting a plug-in pendant - this is a hardwired fixture
How bright is it?
Lumen output is not specified by the manufacturer. The integrated LED draws 8W, which is accent-level light - ideal over a counter or bar, not as a room's primary light source.
Light color and feel
Color temperature is not specified by the manufacturer. The alabaster glass softens the light into a warm, creamy glow, and the fixture is dimmable so you can lower it for evening ambience.
Sizing and fit
Overall dimensions are 2.5 in L x 2.5 in W x 13.75 in H, with a 5 in W x 5 in L canopy and a 6 in cord. At 2.48 lbs it is light enough for a standard ceiling box. Over a 36 in counter, plan on roughly 30-36 in between the bottom of the shade and the countertop.
