Description
A compact 7-inch LED flush mount for bathrooms, showers, and low ceilings - it installs on any 4-inch junction box and looks like a recessed trim.
The Diverse flush mount from Maxim is built for tight spaces where a full-size ceiling light won't fit. Its die-cast aluminum body and white polycarbonate diffuser keep the profile just 1.2 inches deep, so it sits nearly flush against the ceiling. The integrated LED is dimmable and rated for wet locations, making it one of the few flush mounts you can safely place directly over a shower.
Best for
- Bathrooms and showers - wet-location rated for direct steam and spray exposure
- Hallways, closets, and laundry rooms with 8 ft ceilings or lower
- Basements and utility rooms where a slim, bright ceiling light is needed
- Multi-family or rental properties - installs on a standard 4-inch junction box
Not ideal for
- Large living rooms or open kitchens - 1000 lumens is accent-to-task brightness, not a primary room light
- Vaulted or sloped ceilings where a directional downlight is preferred
- Anyone wanting a replaceable bulb - the LED is integrated and not user-serviceable
How bright is it?
1000 lumens - roughly equivalent to a 75W incandescent bulb. That's bright enough to fully light a small bathroom, shower stall, or hallway, but it works as task or accent light in larger rooms rather than the sole source.
Light color and feel
3000K warm white - a soft, slightly golden tone similar to traditional incandescent. With a CRI of 90, colors render accurately, which matters in bathrooms and dressing areas. Dimmable with Triac or ELV dimmers.
Sizing and fit
7.5 in diameter x 1.2 in high. The low profile suits ceilings as low as 7 ft and fits standard 4-inch junction boxes. Includes 6 in of electrical wire. Weighs just 0.35 lbs.
