This Nuvo track lighting kit features three adjustable gimbal ring heads that allow you to direct light exactly where needed. How bright is it?

Each of the three heads accepts a 50W MR16 halogen bulb (GU10 base). With three bulbs, the total output can reach up to 150W equivalent, but actual brightness depends on the bulbs you choose. For reference, a single 50W MR16 halogen produces about 400-500 lumens, so three together can provide 1200-1500 lumens - suitable for accent or task lighting in a medium-sized room.

Light color and feel

MR16 halogen bulbs typically emit a warm white light around 3000K, similar to traditional incandescent. The gimbal rings allow you to direct the light, creating dramatic shadows or highlighting specific objects. Dimmability depends on the bulbs and dimmer used; halogen bulbs are generally dimmable with a compatible dimmer.

Sizing and fit

Each track head measures 4.5 inches wide and 4.5 inches high. The track itself is not included in these dimensions; this is a kit that mounts to a standard junction box. The extension is 1 inch from the ceiling. Ideal for ceilings 8 feet or higher to allow proper beam spread.

Is the bulb included? No, bulbs are not included. You need three MR16 GU10 base bulbs.
