How bright is it?

With a 150W PAR38 halogen bulb (not included), this flood light can produce approximately 1500-1800 lumens – comparable to a traditional 150W incandescent flood. This is bright enough to illuminate a driveway, patio, or backyard area effectively. For a softer glow, consider using a lower-wattage or LED PAR38 bulb.

Light color and feel

The light color depends on the bulb you choose. A standard halogen PAR38 bulb emits a warm white light (around 3000K) with a slightly yellow tone. For a cooler, daylight-like appearance, use an LED PAR38 bulb with a higher Kelvin rating (4000K-5000K). The fixture itself does not affect color temperature.

Is the bulb included? No, the bulb is not included. You will need a PAR38 medium-base bulb up to 150W.

Is it dimmable, and what dimmer should I use? Dimmability depends on the bulb. If you use a dimmable LED or halogen PAR38 bulb, it will be dimmable with a compatible dimmer. The fixture itself does not affect dimming.

Can I install this in a bathroom or outdoors? Yes, it is rated for wet locations, so it can be installed outdoors exposed to rain or in covered outdoor areas. It is also suitable for bathrooms with shower exposure if properly wired.
