How bright is it?
Brightness depends on the bulbs you choose (not included). With nine standard incandescent bulbs (up to 60W each), you can achieve up to 5400 lumens - bright enough for a large dining room or living area. For a softer glow, use lower-wattage or dimmable LED bulbs.
Light color and feel
The clear glass shades produce crisp, unobstructed light. The color temperature is determined by your bulb choice - warm white (2700K-3000K) creates a cozy, inviting atmosphere, while cooler temperatures (3500K-4000K) give a more energetic, modern feel. The fixture is dimmable when used with dimmable bulbs and a compatible dimmer switch.

Returns
Almost all products on hausappeal.com are returnable. The few exceptions include unsealed mattresses, assembled or modified products, and clearance merchandise. Any product that is non-returnable will note that on its product page.
All returns must be unused and shipped back in the original packaging to the warehouse address from which the order was shipped.  To initiate a return, send an email to us at Service@hausappeal.com so that we can provide you with a Return Authorization Number. Upon inspection of the return, you will receive a full refund of product cost minus our outbound shipping costs.
