How bright is it?

5000K natural light - a bright, daylight-like tone that mimics the sun at noon. It's invigorating and can help reduce eye strain in work environments. With a CRI of 80+, it renders colors reasonably well, though not as accurately as 90+ CRI lamps.

Is the bulb included? This is the bulb itself, not a fixture.
Is it dimmable, and what dimmer should I use? Yes, it is dimmable with a reverse-phase dimmer, but only at 120V. At 277V, it is not dimmable.
Can I install this in a bathroom or outdoors? It is rated for damp locations, so it can be used in bathrooms or covered outdoor areas, but not in direct exposure to water (wet locations).
What's the warranty? 5-year warranty.
Can I use this with my existing fluorescent ballast? Yes, Type A+B means it works with compatible ballasts (Type A) or can be wired directly to line voltage (Type B).

Returns
Almost all products on hausappeal.com are returnable. The few exceptions include unsealed mattresses, assembled or modified products, and clearance merchandise. Any product that is non-returnable will note that on its product page.
All returns must be unused and shipped back in the original packaging to the warehouse address from which the order was shipped.  To initiate a return, send an email to us at Service@hausappeal.com so that we can provide you with a Return Authorization Number. Upon inspection of the return, you will receive a full refund of product cost minus our outbound shipping costs.
