How bright is it?

Brightness depends on the bulb used (not included). With a standard 60W incandescent equivalent (800 lumens), it provides comfortable ambient light for small to medium rooms. For a softer glow, use a 40W equivalent (450 lumens). Not intended as a primary task light.

Light color and feel

Light color is determined by the bulb you choose. For a warm, inviting atmosphere, select a 2700K-3000K LED bulb. The smoked glass shade softens and diffuses light, reducing glare and creating a cozy ambiance. Dimmable if paired with a dimmable bulb and compatible dimmer switch.

Can I install this in a bathroom or outdoors? This fixture is rated for dry locations only. It can be installed in a bathroom away from direct water spray (not over a shower or tub). Not for outdoor use.

Does the smoked glass appear dark when the light is off? Yes, the smoked glass has a dark tint when off, but it allows warm light to pass through when illuminated.
